Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

We know you’ll love our products but if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase from us, then we will refund you 100% of the total purchase price.  It’s our way of saying thanks for giving our coffee a try. 

Simply email us at hello@bocaespresso.com.au and we’ll arrange the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned order, which we will confirm with you.

• The money may take longer than 24 hours to be received by your bank account.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of our refund confirmation email, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bocaespresso.com.au
